We have developed a package of funding options for inheritance disputes, contested wills and contentious probate cases.
As well as working on the traditional private client basis or, in certain instances, under a no win – no fee agreement (CFA). We can in limited circumstances obtain public funding (often known as Legal Aid) where the claimant in an Inheritance Act claim is a minor child or where the cases involves TOLATA issues.
To qualify for Legal Aid / Public Funding you must be both financially eligible and have a case with reasonable prospects of success.
